slscart Knowledgebase Feature

The slscart knowledgebase (KB) is a way to convey a heirarchical list of articles to customers. For example, if you have a clothing store, there may be articles heirarchy like this:

Clothes
  | socks article
  | shoes article
  | pants
      | straight article
      | low cut article 

It does not have to be called a knowledgebase.

Only the store administrator or one of the staff can post a KB entry.

Here is a sample showing two categories (security and domains) and one article with an excerpt below it.

Higlights

KB entries are listed in the same order as displayed in storeadmin. The heirarchy is set using the drag-and-drop method.

A KB article listing can have an excerpt below it.
