Here is a step by step process on how the site reviews work in slscart.

Site ratings rank from one to five with five being the most desirable.

All site reviews are moderated by the store admin; meaning they will not show up immediately.

A person may leave a review for your store. The rating, name, and email address fields must be filled in. The review headline and review itself may be left blank. Thus a person may leave a rating or a full review.

The store admin may respond to each review.

The average rating of all active reviews is displayed.

The email server (the part on the right side of the email address @ sign) is checked for validity.
