Store Admin Access Problems

If you have problems accessing the slscart store admin area, use the following troubleshooting guide:

1. Check Your Administration User Name: Open the "config.php" page in the sbconf directory of your site and locate the following line:

SB_ADMIN_USER

Whatever is between the quotes is your User Name.

2. Check Your Master Key: In that same config.php file, locate the following line:

SB_MASTER_KEY = "master"; // Your global administrator password if permissions will be set

Whatever is between the quotes is your Master Key. Note that you do not have to have a master key set - you only need a value here if you want to keep your clients from accessing certain parts of the site.

3. Check Your Password: If you don't remember your password, click the "Forgot Your Info" link on the main storeadmin screen and enter the email address that you used when you set up the system. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password to something new. Keep in mind that the email will be sent to the email address in your administration area, so if that's your client's email, it will be sent to your client.
